Not Rare Pepe

Inspired by the section in RarePepeWallet, this token was originally created as a service token idea which would allow users to unlock previews of assets. Now it seems that any working thumbnail is pulled from xchain api. As a work itself, it demonstrates that RarePepe cannot even be nuked out of existence.
